We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and friendly staff at the motel. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed, with separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The decor was tasteful and there was plenty of bedding provided for colder nights. We also enjoyed the shared patio area outside our room, where we could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The location of the motel was ideal, within a 15-minute walk to the downtown area with its historic buildings and attractions. our stay at the motel felt cozy and just like home.

The atmosphere created was friendly. The studio suite was great modern, included guest toiletries and a shower. There were brand new bathrooms. The service was very good with parking outside.

Greatly enjoyed the room, it was light filled and large. The location was good, just a short stroll away from Lakes District Museum Arrowtown...

Perfect location, modern rooms with new kitchen and bathroom, lovely decor, excellent comfy bed, great outlook to the mountains, small supermarket nearby.

The setting was quite great within easy reach of Lakes District Museum Arrowtown. There were supermarkets and convenience stores around the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a truly exceptional motel. The room was spotless and beautifully presented, making us feel incredibly comfortable and at home. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the peaceful location ensured a great night's sleep. We also loved the private courtyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. We even appreciated the fact that they were accommodating to our service dog, with park-like grounds for easy toileting. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this motel.

This cozy suburban lodge is located in a beautiful, tranquil setting and offers daily cleaning and fair trade products. The rooms have luxurious sheets, comfortable bedding and a modern and spacious bathroom with a washer/dryer. The large TV has plenty of premium channels and is sure to keep you entertained. The private courtyard is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation, with stunning views of surrounding foliage and mountains.

The kitchen could benefit from a full-size oven and bigger stovetops.

Toasty and warm. Great wifi. Well-stocked kitchen utensils. Nicely renovated with comfy beds, fluffy blankets. Amazing large shower room with heated towel rails. Quiet location for a good night's sleep. Easy walk to Four Square.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the large bathroom had complimentary toiletries that were replenished every day of our stay. The bed was impressive, with quality linen and super comfy pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. We enjoyed having a jug, toaster, and cutlery/crockery provided in the room for our convenience.

The lighting in both the bedroom and bathroom could be better, and some of the fittings seemed cheaply made. We also would have appreciated having an espresso blend plunger coffee option, and the curtains in the room were not well made.

During my business trip, I had a comfortable stay in a renovated room with a large bathroom. The playground was great for kids. The internet and TV worked flawlessly. The sweeping mountain view was stunning and the location was ideal.

The walls were thin which made it challenging to ignore the noise from the neighbours. I found the cost of the motel on the higher side compared to others, especially during this time of year.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was great - close to the main highway and within a short stroll to the town centre. Also, there was a mini supermarket just a two-minute walk away. The hotel facilities were impressive, clean, and contemporary. The room was well set up and spotless. I especially liked the water pressure in the shower, it was really strong! The staff were friendly and super helpful. Anu was one of the nicest hosts I have ever encountered. Plus, the hotel was very quiet and located in a peaceful residential area.
